Life-Changing Testimonials from the School Of Influence Students
I didn’t know growth could ache this much. No one told me that becoming everything I prayed for would also mean dying to everything I once was.
The School of Influence wasn’t just a training, it was a mirror, a fire, and sometimes, a battlefield. Each session peeled something off me: fear, doubt, pride… until I started to see the person I was truly called to be staring back at me.
There were nights I sat, staring at my phone, exhausted, asking God, “Why me?” And He whispered, “Because I’m not building your platform; I’m building your person.” That’s what SOI did for me, it built my person. It stretched my mind, rebuilt my confidence, and anchored my faith. It taught me that excellence isn’t perfection; it’s obedience. That leadership isn’t noise; it’s service. And that influence isn’t about being seen, it’s about carrying light, even when no one’s watching.
I came thinking I’d learn skills, but I left learning surrender. I thought I’d master systems, but instead, I met my strength. And somewhere between the teachings, the pressure, and the silence… I grew. Now, I show up differently. I work like someone on assignment. I speak like someone who’s been refined. And I believe, deeply, that purpose is the most sacred kind of power. Maybe this is what transformation really feels like, when breaking and building happen at the same time. Because sometimes, God doesn’t change your journey… He changes you through it.
– Godstime Iganah
When the School of Influence (SOI) began, I didn’t know what to expect, especially because it was a free program. Most free trainings are often shallow or incomplete, but SOI proved me wrong. The mentorship experience has been truly transformational. There are noticeable changes in every area of my life, and I’m deeply grateful to our CEO and Mentor, Mr. Emeka Onyejizu, for his generosity, commitment, and for continuously pouring value into us.
Personal Growth and Transformation:
The mindset shifts I’ve experienced through this journey are beyond words. I’ve become a more confident leader and an effective problem-solver. I now approach life, work, and purpose with intentionality and excellence. Every time I’m tempted to slack, I recall our CEO’s powerful reminder: “Your time is irredeemable. Use it wisely.”
Spiritually, I have grown deeper in my walk with God. My relationship with Him has become more intentional, and I’m making remarkable progress daily.
– Chikeluba Amarachukwu
My journey in the School of Influence under the Gerald Legacy Empowerment Foundation has been nothing short of transformational, a blend of spiritual awakening, leadership growth, and professional empowerment. It all began with the Leadership and Spiritual Development class, a true turning point in my life. That phase ignited a new mindset anchored in faith, discipline, and purpose. I learned that leadership isn’t about position or title, but about character and inner growth.
Those teachings became the compass that now guides my decisions, my work, and my relationships. They taught me to handle challenges with calmness, clarity, and faith, to lead not from noise, but from depth. Then came the Data Analysis program, and that was where the stretching truly began. It tested my focus, resilience, and consistency in ways I didn’t expect. There were days when the lessons felt overwhelming, Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, all demanding my full attention. Yet through persistence and faith, I found the strength to keep showing up until progress became visible. Somewhere along the line, I realized that resilience isn’t the absence of struggle; it’s the courage to keep going despite it.
That realization changed everything.
The School of Influence taught me that true growth happens in layers, spiritually, mentally, and professionally. It taught me that excellence is built one day at a time, through faith, focus, and perseverance. Today, I stand more confident, spiritually grounded, and purpose-driven. SOI didn’t just give me new skills, it gave me a new mindset. One that turns challenges into opportunities, and learning into leadership. Because in the end, influence isn’t just about what you can do… It’s about who you become while doing it.
– Faith Faithful Usenideh
When this journey began, I wasn’t exactly sure how I felt. Maybe expectant, maybe curious. I just knew there was something ahead, something different, something divine about this experience. And now? I know I’m on the right track. This is where I’m meant to be. Things are changing, and they’re changing for good. I have a clear sense of purpose and direction. I know, without doubt, that I’ve fully launched into my God-given destiny.
One thing this journey has done for me is teach me intentionality. Every single day, I ask myself: “What do I need to do today to become 1% better than I was yesterday?” That one question has shifted how I think, act, and grow.
Then came clarity. I now know what I’m on earth for. I know where I’m headed. I know what God is saying about my destiny and the small steps I must take to reach the future I see in my heart. And then there’s discipline. I’m learning to make conscious choices every day, shutting off distractions and focusing only on what truly matters. It hasn’t been perfect; some days, showing up for myself is hard. But I see growth. I see progress. And that’s what matters.
Spiritually, I’ve grown more than I ever imagined. Before this program, I struggled with consistency in prayer and Bible study. Now, I look forward to it with joy. My heart burns for the Word. I’m more confident in sharing the gospel and proud to stand as a child of God, no longer hiding or holding back. The revelations I’ve received about my identity in Christ have changed how I see everything. Even the assignments were more than just tasks, they were mirrors. Every response made me pause, reflect, and realign. They’ve become my vision board, a written reminder of who I’m becoming.
Sometimes, I go back to read them again and whisper to myself, “Keep becoming, Favour. Keep becoming.”
And then, the mentorship sessions, they light something up in me. After every session, I catch myself saying, “Oh Favour, there is more. There is more.” Because truly, every teaching felt like a personal message from heaven to my heart. For me, The School of Influence is not just a program. It’s a divine encounter, a training ground for destiny. If you ever get the chance to be part of it, don’t hesitate. This is that golden opportunity you’ve been praying for.
Get on board. Become a global change-maker. Become a voice for the Kingdom. Because this is the real deal, and it will change your life forever.
– Nnadi Ginikachi
My journey in the School of Influence has been truly enlightening and life-changing. This program didn’t just sharpen my skills, it reshaped my mindset, strengthened my faith, and deepened my understanding of what true leadership means. Before now, I saw leadership as responsibility; but through the School of Influence, I discovered that leadership is really about service and impact.
It’s not about being ahead of others, it’s about lifting others while you grow. Each lesson built something new inside me — consistency, confidence, and a deeper walk with God. I learned that excellence isn’t just about doing things well; it’s about doing them with purpose and obedience. The Data Analysis training, in particular, stretched my mind and my discipline. From mastering tools like Excel and Power BI to applying insight in real-life projects, I learned to combine skill with purpose, to bring light even into my professional world.
What stood out the most for me was this: True influence begins with inner transformation. Because when God changes your person, your impact becomes effortless. The School of Influence has built in me a stronger faith, a clearer sense of purpose, and a renewed commitment to excellence. I now work, lead, and live with a deeper conviction, to serve, to grow, and to make a lasting impact wherever I go.
– Samuel Ojotu Zeal
My journey in the School of Influence has been nothing short of extraordinary, a journey that reshaped my mindset, strengthened my faith, and gave structure to my purpose.
Before joining, I had passion but no clarity. I wanted to make an impact but didn’t fully understand how. Through this program, I found direction, confidence, and a clear sense of what it means to lead with authenticity and purpose.
Each session was a revelation, peeling away fear, self-doubt, and confusion, and replacing them with faith, boldness, and intentional living. Spiritually, the School of Influence deepened my walk with God. I learned that true influence doesn’t start on a stage; it begins in the secret place, where faith and purpose align. Professionally, I discovered that excellence is the language of impact. Excellence isn’t perfection, it’s the standard that reflects who we are as ambassadors of Christ. It is through excellence that our voice is heard, and our influence felt.
There were challenging moments, keeping up with technical assignments and late lectures, but through them, I learned discipline, focus, and consistency. I became stronger, more organized, and more intentional about growth. What I love most about the Gerald Legacy Empowerment Foundation is the atmosphere it creates, one filled with love, mentorship, and excellence. The facilitators don’t just teach; they impart wisdom and model what purpose-driven living truly looks like.
Today, I see myself differently. I see a vessel of influence, equipped to serve, to add value, and to lead with integrity. The School of Influence didn’t just teach me principles; it transformed me. It awakened the leader God destined me to be, one marked by faith, character, and purpose.
– Romanus Christabel
The School of Influence has been a journey of discovery, discipline, and divine direction for me. One of the experiences I treasure most was the assignment during the Spiritual and Professional Leadership Mentorship. It stretched me deeply and taught me how to hear God clearly through consistent study of His Word. Through this program, I’ve learned that leadership is not about titles or recognition, it’s about living as a leader by lifestyle. Every lesson, every task, and every moment in the program helped shape that understanding.
Professionally, the School of Influence opened doors I never expected. The trainings, especially in Digital Marketing, were both eye-opening and empowering. I remember entering one of the classes and thinking, “You don’t mean it!” because the topics went far beyond what I imagined. It wasn’t just theory, it was practical, real, and transformative. What stood out most for me was the faithful fulfillment of every promise the foundation made. It was truly a “what I ordered was what I got” experience, excellence, integrity, and impact all in one.
Beyond the teachings, what touched me deeply was the community. The members of the foundation have become more than classmates; they’ve become family. I cherish the bond we share, one built on faith, love, and shared growth. Today, I walk with greater confidence, clarity, and conviction, both in my spiritual life and professional journey. The School of Influence didn’t just train me; it transformed me into a leader who leads by example and purpose.
– Obedience Onyinyechi Oji
The School of Influence (SOI) has been nothing short of mind-blowing. This program became a real turning point for me, one that stretched my mind, challenged my comfort zones, and opened my eyes to vast new possibilities. Before SOI, I often second-guessed myself, held back, and allowed fear to mute my voice. But through this journey, I’ve become more focused, confident, and purpose-driven. Every class pushed me to confront my limitations and redefine what I thought I could do.
One particular moment that changed me completely happened during the last class. It wasn’t even a “teaching” class, not one filled with digital marketing lessons or tools, yet it was one of the most impactful sessions of all. Our tutor looked at me and, half-jokingly, said “Congratulations for being shy. Let me know when shyness starts paying your bills.”
That statement pierced me deeply. It was uncomfortable, but it was also the truth I needed to hear. That moment made me realize how costly shyness can be. It taught me that those who allow fear or self-doubt to silence them will always remain spectators in a world that rewards courage. Since that day, I’ve made a personal vow to never hide my light again.
Now, I speak up with conviction. I show up with confidence. And I work like someone who knows she carries something valuable to offer the world. The School of Influence didn’t just teach me new skills; it awakened a new version of me, one that refuses to shrink, one that’s ready to lead, shine, and influence her world.
– Sarah Sholay
In our fast-paced and demanding world, finding balance between work, business, family, God’s service, and purpose can feel almost impossible. Before I joined the School of Influence, I often struggled to give proper attention to what truly mattered per time. But this program changed that. It didn’t just give me knowledge, it gave me structure. It taught me mindsets, systems, and strategies that now guide my daily life. Today, I delegate tasks more effectively, manage my time wisely, and align my priorities with my God-given purpose.
From the very first assignment, the 5-Year Blueprint, I knew this wasn’t child’s play. That exercise opened my mind and forced me to think beyond the present. Each project, task, and mentorship session stretched me to grow, to think deeper, and to live more intentionally. What stood out most for me were the real-life stories and testimonies of our CEO and the facilitators. Their authenticity, resilience, and spiritual wisdom sparked something in me. I began to see that success isn’t just about skill, it’s about character, consistency, and faith. Through their examples, my spiritual stamina was strengthened, my pursuit of excellence deepened, and my drive to make impact for Jesus Christ grew stronger, even in the marketplace.
I’ve also had the privilege of meeting some of the most intelligent, purpose-driven, and inspiring people through this community. Each collaboration and shared experience has added value to my journey. The School of Influence has truly refined me, spiritually, mentally, and professionally. It has helped me become more structured, more focused, and more intentional about fulfilling my calling. I am deeply grateful to God, to the CEO, and to the entire GLEF team for creating such a life-transforming platform.
– Aniebiet Favour Iniobong Ekpo
Joining GLEF was one of the best decisions I made last year. Truly, like the Bible says, “the Lord will order our steps,”I’m convinced that my steps were divinely ordered into this family. From day one, GLEF has been more than an organization to me, it’s been home. A place where I am seen, heard, appreciated, and empowered to become the best version of myself. One of the greatest lessons I’ve learned here is to do little things excellently, to use every opportunity, no matter how small, as a platform to showcase mastery. Through GLEF, I’ve discovered what it means to lead with love, patience, and diligence.
This journey has reshaped how I see purpose. I now see God even in the smallest details of my profession. I’ve gained courage and boldness to birth the vision He placed in my heart. And perhaps most importantly, GLEF has taught me never to be small, in faith, in purpose, or in mindset. But the process wasn’t always easy. There were days I felt like backing out, days when the training stretched me beyond what I thought I could handle. This was the first time I’d been part of a program that demanded not just attendance, but commitment, diligence, and fruitfulness. There were moments I reached out to my teammates and got no response, those times taught me patience and compassion in leadership. There were days I forced myself to show up to class, simply because I knew I couldn’t afford to give up.
And through it all, my mentor, Sir Emeka Onyejizu, became God’s voice of strength to me. His words were like healing to my soul. I still remember him saying, “You’re not behind; you’re only growing.” Those words anchored me through my lowest days. One of the most remarkable experiences was interacting with Sir Emeka Onyejizu’s AI mentor model, it literally felt like he was speaking directly to me. It told me, “Serah, you’ve been faithful, but now it’s time to be fruitful.” I nodded in tears because it felt so real, so personal, so timely.
As someone who sometimes shied away from mentors out of fear of being a burden or not having it all figured out, that AI experience gave me courage. It allowed me to ask questions freely, rebuild confidence, and stay consistent. Through every challenge, breakdown, and breakthrough, I’ve grown. I’ve learned that growth isn’t always glamorous, sometimes it’s painful, stretching, and humbling. But it’s worth it. Today, I’m standing stronger, wiser, and more purpose-driven than ever before. The School of Influence has transformed me inside and out, and I’m not going anywhere. This is home.
– Serah Abosede Umukoro
The School of Influence has stretched me in ways I never imagined. It has been more than a program, it’s been a process of becoming. Every lesson, every assignment, and every moment of reflection has shaped me into someone more intentional, more grounded, and more purpose-conscious. Before joining, I thought leadership was about doing; but now, I understand that true leadership is about becoming, becoming the kind of person God can trust to carry His influence. Through SOI, I’ve learned that growth is not a leap but a daily surrender, becoming one step better, one choice stronger, one prayer deeper.
This journey taught me what it truly means to hold on to God and represent Him boldly in the marketplace. I’ve come to understand that the marketplace has its own language, excellence and competence, and I’m now committed to speaking that language fluently. There were moments when I didn’t feel like continuing, when the process felt heavy and stretching, but each time I pressed on, I found new strength and fresh revelation. I’ve learned patience, perseverance, and divine confidence.
More than anything, I’ve discovered that the marketplace doesn’t understand neutrality, you must either stand for something or fall for anything. And I have made my choice: God is my backing, and I choose Him every single day. Through SOI, my mind has been elevated, my spirit has been sharpened, and my confidence has been rebuilt. I’ve learned to unleash the potentials within me and to walk boldly in my divine assignment. The Gerald Legacy Empowerment Foundation isn’t just a platform, it’s a family and a furnace that refines ordinary people into kingdom ambassadors. Looking back, I can say this with full assurance: GLEF has been the highlight of my 2025, and one of the best decisions of my life.
– Divine Helen Yahaya
The School of Influence has truly been a life-changing journey for me. It didn’t just shape what I do — it transformed who I am. This program has challenged me to grow, not only in my professional life but also in my faith, mindset, and character. Through SOI, I’ve learned to see challenges differently, not as obstacles, but as opportunities for God to reveal His strength through me. My confidence, discipline, and sense of purpose have deepened. I now lead and serve with more intentionality, grace, and spiritual clarity.
One of my biggest “aha” moments came during the Digital Marketing session. I had always thought digital marketing was just about creating content and writing captions. But that day, I realized it’s so much more, strategy, analytics, design, and storytelling all working together to create impact. That revelation expanded my mind and made me fall in love with excellence at a new level. But it wasn’t all easy. There were days I had to step out of my comfort zone, literally leaving home to search for network just to attend class. There were moments I was tired, sick, or frustrated that I didn’t have a laptop to practice everything I was learning. Still, I showed up.
And that’s what SOI taught me, that growth isn’t always glamorous. Sometimes it’s showing up through discomfort, trusting that each small step is building something greater inside you. This experience has taught me resilience, consistency, and the quiet strength that comes from faith. I’ve learned that true growth is not measured by how easy the journey feels, but by how faithfully we walk it. Today, I’m more grounded in my purpose, more confident in my calling, and more committed to leading with excellence and integrity. The School of Influence helped me see that growth isn’t just about success, it’s about becoming the person God designed you to be.
– Queen Doowuese Terhemba
The School of Influence didn’t just shift my mindset, it completely reset my life. This wasn’t just a program for me; it was a divine encounter, a soul-deep awakening that redefined who I am and what I live for. Before SOI, I lived passively, moving through life without clarity or intention. But now, I live on purpose. Every major decision I make aligns with God’s design for me. I’ve learned to stop guessing and start knowing, to build from revelation, not reaction.
My relationship with God has blossomed beautifully. That, for me, is my most priceless transformation. My walk with Him is now intimate, vibrant, and alive. I’ve learned that my work is not separate from my faith, it is my worship. My job is no longer just a paycheck; it’s my platform for influence. This clarity has given me an unshakable drive for radical excellence. I now approach every assignment, every task, with a sense of divine purpose. I’m not merely working; I’m building a Kingdom-driven legacy.
What moved me deeply was realizing that the transformation wasn’t just internal, others could see it too. A close friend recently told me, “You’ve evolved beautifully.” She noticed how much better I handle tasks that once overwhelmed me. Hearing that confirmed what I already knew, God had truly changed me from within. The journey wasn’t easy. If someone had told me before now that I’d commit eight months to consistent learning and showing up, I might have laughed. There were nights I came home completely exhausted but still logged into class, reminding myself that greatness requires sacrifice. One unforgettable moment for me was during a mentorship session with Mr. Kelechi Akwataghigbe, when he taught on navigating new seasons. That session
struck a deep chord, it confirmed a revelation God had already given me privately. That’s when I knew that what we’re doing in SOI isn’t ordinary.
Time and again, through the voice of our CEO and the words of our mentors, I’ve received divine confirmations, about my purpose, my calling, and my future. Through this journey, I’ve learned that excellence is not an option, it’s the only way to represent God. This experience has been nothing short of beautiful, transforming my faith, mindset, and purpose in ways words can barely capture. SOI gave me the blueprint for a purpose-driven life. And for that, I’ll remain forever grateful.
– Favour Chinaza Aloy
When I think about my journey in the School of Influence, one word comes to mind, alignment. Honestly, this program has been such a huge blessing. When I first joined, I felt lost in a sea of new information and expectations. Everything was moving fast, and I didn’t even know where to begin. But as the weeks passed, the lessons began to sink in. Slowly but surely, my mindset started to shift. I began to see purpose in places I used to overlook. Spiritually, I grew stronger, learning to trust God more deeply and to rest in His perfect timing. And as I leaned into the process, something incredible happened: everything in my life started aligning.
I got admission into nursing school, and not just that, I emerged as the highest scorer among everyone who took the exam. That moment was more than success to me; it was confirmation that God had been orchestrating everything behind the scenes. The School of Influence didn’t just change the way I think; it rebuilt my confidence, deepened my faith, and taught me how to lead from a place of purpose. My experience has been a blend of challenges, lessons, and growth. At first, I was overwhelmed, it felt like too much to take in. But with every session, things began to click. The teachings taught me to be more intentional with my time, my words, and even my spiritual life.
One of my greatest “aha” moments was realizing that influence isn’t about being seen; it’s about being impactful, even in the smallest, unseen ways. That revelation changed everything for me. The SOI community, the atmosphere, and the mentorship have shaped me into someone far more confident, grounded, and faith-driven than I was before. Looking back now, I’m just grateful, grateful for the transformation, for the clarity, and for the undeniable hand of God guiding every step. The School of Influence didn’t just give me knowledge, it gave me purpose, peace, and proof that when God leads, alignment follows.
– Alozie Sophia Chioma
The School of Influence has completely reshaped my mindset and opened me up to endless possibilities. Before now, I saw growth as something distant, something that only happened when conditions were perfect. But through this journey, I’ve come to realize that transformation begins with perspective. This program expanded my vision, challenged my limitations, and helped me see that excellence isn’t a skill, it’s a mindset.
One of my greatest “aha” moments came through the life and example of our CEO. Watching a man with such a tight schedule still show up with consistency, excellence, and grace, even in areas outside his field, has been both inspiring and humbling. It reminded me that true leadership is not about convenience but about commitment. His example alone has ignited a fire in me to go beyond boundaries and to show up with excellence, no matter the field or season.
The School of Influence didn’t just teach me principles; it showed me possibilities, and for that, I am deeply grateful.
– Maduka Timothy Ugochukwu
The School of Influence has been a defining journey for me, one that has built my focus, confidence, and spiritual depth. Through this program, I’ve grown in boldness and learned to face my fears head-on. Each session, especially our Saturday classes and Wednesday mentorships with Mr. Emeka, left a lasting mark on me. They didn’t just teach me lessons; they built me from within.
One of the most powerful shifts for me was becoming conscious of spending intentional time with God. That consistency has transformed my spiritual life and given me strength for every other aspect of my journey. I’ve also learned the importance of building quality friendships and meaningful connections, people who sharpen, challenge, and support your growth. If I could wish for anything more, it would be more interactive sessions, because every time we engage, we grow together.
This initiative is truly life-changing. It has transformed lives, and I believe it will continue to transform even more. I’m deeply grateful to be part of a movement that builds leaders from the inside out.
– Modesta Okeke
My overall experience in the School of Influence has been nothing short of transformational. When I joined, I had clear expectations for growth, both spiritually and career-wise, and I can boldly say that this program has exceeded every one of them. I didn’t just grow; I evolved. I’ve gained deep clarity in several areas of my life and career, and my spiritual depth today is on an entirely new level compared to when I started. Every session, from the Wednesday mentorships to the Saturday classes and monthly webinars, has been an atmosphere of divine impartation and personal growth.
I’ve been tremendously blessed by Sir Emeka Onyejizu, Mr. Idiongesite, and every other incredible speaker who poured so much wisdom, excellence, and passion into us. Their teachings didn’t just inform me; they transformed me. One of the greatest lessons I’ve learned through this journey is that excellence is possible, and I’ve seen it modeled consistently by our CEO and every facilitator. Their lives are living proofs that one can walk in purpose, lead with integrity, and still embody grace and excellence.
If given the opportunity, I would love to see more of these amazing speakers in future cohorts, their impact runs deep and lasting. The School of Influence has truly given me more than I expected, it has shaped my mindset, strengthened my spirit, and ignited a new passion for purposeful living.
– Egwuonwu Victory Chinwe
When I first started the School of Influence, I honestly thought it would be like every other training I’d come across, but this was different. Everything about GLEF SOI stood out, the structure, the impact, the depth, and the life-transforming power that flows through every single session. This journey has given me a deeper understanding of true leadership, what it really means to live a purposeful life and lead with clarity, boldness, and intention. I’ve grown tremendously in confidence, and I now carry a renewed sense of direction and self-belief that I didn’t have before.
One teaching that completely shifted my perspective was the CEO’s session on strategy and time management, especially the lesson on “using time to save time.” That principle has stuck with me and changed how I plan, prioritize, and execute my daily life. Every session in SOI was powerful and purpose-filled. Still, I would love to see even more interactive moments and real-time worship sessions where we could connect with God deeply together as a family. Those moments of collective worship have a way of grounding everything we learn in divine presence.
If there’s one thing I’ve learned through this journey, it’s this: never judge something by its name or outward appearance. Step into it first, experience it, and then you’ll understand the depth of what it carries. The School of Influence is not just a program, it’s an encounter that transforms how you think, live, and lead.
– Anionye Edmund
When I began my journey with the Gerald Legacy Empowerment Foundation, I was full of passion but lacked clarity and structure. I knew there was more within me, but I didn’t yet know how to bring it forth. Today, I can boldly say I am transformed, more aligned with God’s purpose, more intentional in my decisions, and more confident in my voice and vision. The School of Influence didn’t just train me; it refined me. It created a safe, spirit-led environment where growth wasn’t forced, it was inspired. Every class, every session, and every assignment became a mirror through which God revealed new layers of who I was called to be. This program wasn’t just a learning experience; it was a divine encounter that awakened my spirit for Kingdom assignment.
One of my greatest transformations has been boldness. I now speak with spiritual authority and confidence, especially in my children’s ministry. My language has shifted from “I’m just trying” to “I’m chosen and sent.” I’ve grown in clarity, discipline, and in my ability to lead authentically, from my own God-given voice, not from fear or comparison. The sessions on “Voice Activation” and “Dominating Your Domain” were particularly life-changing. They didn’t just teach, they activated something inside me. They helped me articulate my mission with precision and gave me the confidence to build without apology. Writing my personal blueprint was another defining moment, it made me see my vision in tangible form, as something Heaven entrusted me to steward.
If I could suggest anything, it would be to include even more guest speakers from diverse ministry expressions, especially in children’s ministry and media, and perhaps host a retreat or in-person meetup where participants can connect, collaborate, and build lasting bonds. To anyone God is nudging toward this program, don’t hesitate. Come with a yielded heart. GLEF will stretch you, sharpen you, and send you. It will set your spirit on fire and your purpose in motion.
Today, I walk in my children’s ministry with renewed boldness, purpose, and direction. The School of Influence gave me more than training, it gave me clarity for my calling and confidence for my assignment. Thank you, GLEF, for building voices like mine, voices that will echo God’s influence in this generation.
– Chibuzor-Duru Maryann
My overall experience at GLEF has been nothing short of life-changing. From the very first session, the momentum kept building, every teaching brought a new level of depth, energy, and transformation. The journey has been dynamic, impactful, and truly mind-shifting. Through this program, I’ve gained clarity, focus, and discipline. I’ve become more intentional with my time and more conscious of where I channel my energy. Every teaching stirred a hunger for excellence and purpose within me.
The speakers have been phenomenal in their delivery. And every time our CEO says, “We are building something great,”something ignites in me, a reminder that greatness is intentional and built through sacrifice. As we grow, I’d love to see us explore innovation even more deeply, it’s a vital part of leadership in our time. Thank you, GLEF, for this divine opportunity. Truly, life is all about sacrifice. Either we pay the price now or someday, but we will pay it. I choose to pay it today.
– Chukwuemeka Adione-Egom
My experience with GLEF School of Influence can be summed up in a few words, directive, transformational, expository, insightful, and value-driven. The structure was well-balanced, and every session carried divine precision. God bless the GLEF team for such intentional excellence. The process of clarity has been unfolding beautifully. My confidence is on a whole new level, and spiritually, I’ve become more conscious of my walk with God and my relationship with the Holy Spirit. I’ve enjoyed every single session.
All our speakers were exceptional, especially our CEO. His sessions always left me anticipating more. He constantly reminded us to approach life with excellence, intelligence, and strategy. The May Webinar was also unforgettable, each speaker spoke with depth and wisdom. For future cohorts, I’d love to see more interactive activities, more guest speakers across diverse fields, and deeper topic explorations that touch every facet of life.
Honestly, GLEF has stretched me beautifully. I often rewatch live sessions, take on assessments, and hear those key statements echo in my mind: “Brace up. Don’t compare yourself. Live beyond your past.” This program didn’t just teach me, it healed, stretched, and prepared me for more.
– Esther Chinaecherem Nwankwo
When I began the School of Influence, I was curious but unsure. Now, I am confident, intentional, and aligned with purpose. This journey has sharpened my mindset, deepened my faith, and strengthened my leadership both in business and education. It’s been a life-shaping experience that has empowered me to influence with clarity and conviction.vI’ve experienced remarkable growth in clarity, confidence, and spiritual depth. My mindset has shifted from survival to purpose. I’ve become more disciplined in goal-setting, bolder in vision, and more sensitive to divine direction. This transformation has made me focused, courageous, and equipped to lead meaningfully.
The session on Taking Charge of Your Post in the Marketplace was particularly impactful, it taught me to view my business and teaching role as divine assignments. Likewise, the relationship-mapping exercise in Building Relationships for Influence opened my eyes to strategic connection and purposeful collaboration.vFor future cohorts, I’d love to see more interactive activities, case studies, and guest speakers with marketplace experience. Sessions on digital influence, emotional intelligence, and faith-based leadership would make the program even richer.
This journey has been nothing short of transformative. I’ve gained clarity, boldness, and purpose. To every future participant, trust the process, stay yielded, and let God shape you. Your influence begins the moment you obey.

The School of Influence journey has been overwhelming at times, yet deeply impactful and stretching. Every session has pushed me to grow beyond my limits and to balance my many roles with grace and intentionality. Through this process, I’ve noticed boldness rising in me, a newfound courage to show up, speak up, and stay consistent, even when it’s not convenient. I’m learning the beauty of consistency, and how discipline builds influence.
The most impactful session for me was the Q&A session with Sir Emeka, which brought so much clarity and real-life application to the teachings. His words stirred something in me to take ownership of my journey and walk in purpose unapologetically. I would love to see more interactive activities in future cohorts, opportunities to engage, share experiences, and connect deeply with others in the community.
One golden lesson I’ve taken away from this program is this: “Pursue hard after your future by investing in yourself while you are still young and less burdened by responsibilities.” As a married woman, career professional, church worker, and content creator, I found it challenging to follow up as much as I wanted to, but every single effort was worth it. GLEF has reminded me that growth is intentional, and no season is wasted when you commit to becoming more.
