Nnadi Ginikachi is a dedicated leader with a passion for helping people grow and achieve their God-given potential. With experience in teaching, administration, and project management, she ensures GLEF's programs are well-organized, impactful, and aligned with its mission.

As the Project Manager of GLEF, she oversees the foundation's programs, ensuring they empower believers to succeed spiritually and professionally. She holds an HND in Library and Information Science from Federal Polytechnic, Nekede.

For Ginikachi, her role at GLEF is more than a job—it’s personal. She is deeply inspired by the foundation’s goal to shape lives and raise leaders. Through her work, she feels fulfilled knowing she is helping others discover their purpose and walk in excellence.

Her work involves planning and managing programs, leading her team, and making sure every project supports GLEF’s values of faith, excellence, and transformation. She is committed to creating opportunities for people to grow and contribute to a shared vision of Kingdom influence.

Outside of her role, Ginikachi is a teacher, writer, and entrepreneur. She enjoys mentoring young people of all ages, and spending time in prayer and intercession to raise leaders who are disciplined and focused.
