From my earliest days, I have always been a passionate lover of Christ, and at the same time deeply committed to professional success. My journey through life connected me with two distinct sets of people: 

1. Those with unwavering faith, passionately following God, yet neglecting the pursuit of professional growth. Either uncertain of its place in their spiritual journey or believing it to be less important and unnecessary.

2.Those who have achieved great professional success but feel adrift, lacking a sense of purpose or spiritual grounding.

It has become my life’s mission to bridge the gap between these two worlds and build a community that thrives in both professional and spiritual spheres. Talking about the power of influence, I have tasted it personally and truly, it can grant one a voice and a platform to create deep spiritual impact.

It is very important I point out that professional influence is not just a badge of success. It is a God-given tool which we are meant to use in advancing His Kingdom, because it didn’t just give us access to lives, spaces, it also grants us greater opportunities that are crucial for the Gospel’s reach. 

In my professional journey, I have seen this firsthand: from aerospace to telecommunications, real estate to consulting. I have experienced tremendous growth, and it is this growth that has opened doors for my spiritual influence. Through my professional excellence, I have found the stage to speak truth, inspire, and impact lives spiritually.

This passion for building lives, both professionally and spiritually, led me to mentor countless young adults, helping them to excel in their careers while keeping their faith at the center. I believe deeply that success without purpose is empty. And that purpose, especially in our generation, must be anchored in the Kingdom.

The Gerald Legacy School of Influence was born out of a deep burden after the demise of my beloved father, Gerald, on June 30th, 2024. My father was a man who embodied everything I now teach. He was not only successful in his career but carried a contagious love for God and an unrelenting passion for empowering young people.

He lived his life as a man of influence, using his success to uplift and mentor many individuals. If there’s anything that bothered him so much, it’s seeing many professionals struggle to integrate their faith with their work, feeling disconnected with their purpose. 

Two weeks before his passage, we spent significant time discussing the power of influence and the necessity of creating lasting impact in the lives of the next generation. His heart was set on raising young people who would not only succeed professionally but would use that success to advance God’s Kingdom.

After his departure, this burden became my daily passion; a vision burning in my spirit. I wake up every morning with a burning desire to carry forward his legacy of influence and impact. Thus, the Gerald Legacy School of Influence was born.

This is one community that is dedicated to raising transformational leaders, believers who will not only become people of value in their respective fields, but leaders who use their influence to establish God’s Kingdom in every sector they find themselves.

Our aim is to equip professionals to become kingdom-driven influencers, transforming their work places and communities. This NGO is more than just an initiative; it is a movement. We are building a generation of Kingdom-minded individuals who will be trained, equipped, and empowered with both spiritual and professional tools.

Through our mentorship programs, targeted initiatives, conferences, and online trainings which will be led by seasoned speakers and trainers, we will raise a network of influencers for the Kingdom. Those who understand that professional growth is not just about personal success, but about creating a spiritual legacy that transforms society.

Our focus will be on spiritual and professional growth that leads to profound influence in both realms, all with one singular purpose: to advance God’s Kingdom.

We will target adults who are seeking personal growth, career development, and purpose. Entrepreneur, freelancers, top and small business owners. Professionals seeking work-life balance, wellness, and self-improvement. Individuals in transition and university students. Equipping them to take their places as marketplace apostles, carrying the banner of Christ into boardrooms, businesses, and beyond.
